The Lumu Power Light Meter connects to your iPhone/iPad and measures ambient, flash, and color light using its dual sensors and intuitive app interface.Setup and ConnectionPlug the Lumu Power into your iOS device using the Lightning connector. The device is dual-sided: the flat side measures illuminance, color temperature, and chromaticity, while the dome side measures ambient and flash exposure for photography or video .Download the Lumu app from the App Store. Open the app to access all measurement modes and settings .Measurement ModesPhoto Ambient Mode: Measures ambient light exposure. Place the dome side toward the camera lens and near your subject .Photo Flash Mode: Measures flash exposure. Operate similarly to ambient mode; after capturing a flash, swipe to adjust parameters. The app recalculates exposure automatically .Illuminance Mode: Uses the flat side to measure light intensity in lux or footcandles. You can enable continuous measuring to plot real-time graphs and calculate averages .Chromaticity Mode: Displays color coordinates in the CIE 1931 color space, along with correlated color temperature and Duv values.
